Biggest loser weigh-in and Running
Today I went to my biggest loser group weigh-in and I have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks. I want to lose 20lbs before the 10 miler April 4. Today I ran 3.1 miles, did the AB lounge, and did my weightlifting.

Sorry for the delay for updating
Today I ran 7 miles today. I also did my weightlifting workouts. Last Saturday I also ran 7 miles in very cold temps, it was 25F degrees. Monday I ran 3.1 miles and did my weightlifting. On Wednesday I just did my weighlifting and inside run. I will try to do a better job updating.

Run for Saturday and Today
Saturday I ran 7 miles in 69 minutes and I am now trying to increase my miles slowly.
Today, I ran 3.1 miles and did my weight lifting workout. I also joined and biggest loser group in town. I am trying to drop 20 lbs before the race April 4, 2009.

Its been a few days since posting
I did a 3.1 mile run Wednesday night and did my weightlifting.
Today, I did my weight training and AB training. I have brought a AB lounge 2 to work on my abs. I know strong abs help with running. Tomorrow will be long run day!!

Training Run for today
I ran 5 miles this morning with a time of 49:00. A little slower than normal, but I was tired for painting the day before.
I also did my weight training with arm curls, leg curls, and pull downs.
