Biggest loser weigh-in and Running
Today I went to my biggest loser group weigh-in and I have lost 8lbs in 2 weeks. I want to lose 20lbs before the 10 miler April 4. Today I ran 3.1 miles, did the AB lounge, and did my weightlifting.
