I setup this blog to tell how I trained for my first 10 miler coming up in April 4, 2009. Over the next few days I will tell some background about me and facts about me. Each day I train I will list what I did and also anything new that I discovered to help me complete my goal.
Training log:
50 sit-ups
40 stomach crunchs
2 sets of 20 of weightlifting: Brench press, Leg curls, Quad lifting, Military press, Lat pull down, Arm curls, and legs curls for hamstring.
